What is the status of my order?

Thank you so much for your order!

An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your order is received. Once your order has shipped, a second confirmation will be sent which will include a tracking number.

How fast are orders processed?

We process all orders within 24 hours of placement, pending item availability & credit card verification. Orders are shipped out Monday to Friday - we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

I live near your store - can I just come pick my order up?

Yes! In-store pick-up, with no shipping charges, is available for our local customers. Simply select ‘In-Store Pick Up’ at Checkout - you’ll receive an email from us as soon as your order is processed & ready to go!

What is your online store return policy?

For online orders, we accept items in new condition with all original tags attached for a full refund.

All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order delivery date and mailed within 7 days of the request.

Merchandise ELIGIBLE for return or exchange: Items that are unworn/unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. 

Merchandise NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange: all sale, jewelry,  beauty, scents/fragrances, books, hats, candles, eyewear and perishable goods (food). All gift cards are final sale.

How do I return something from my online order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping at this time.

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for return. Securely pack & seal merchandise along with your completed return form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it via an insured service to the address below:

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The standard return shipping fee ($10) will be deducted from your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I return my online order in-store?

Yes - you can return your items for a full refund or an in-store credit!

How can I do an exchange?

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. Our items sell out quickly, so this will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for us to process it and another 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

We’ll send you an email as soon as your return is processed so you know it’s on the way. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Do you offer gift cards?

Online gift cards can be purchased and emailed to your friends and family. They are available in varying amounts and can be purchased by clicking here.

How can I check the balance of a gift card?

Can I include a gift message in my order?

Please follow the instructions during checkout to include a gift message. While we do not offer a gift receipt option, we do not include pricing information with any of our shipments so the gift recipient will not see those details.

Our store hours are:

Tuesday-Saturday: 10 AM to 6 PM
Sunday: 12 PM to 5 PM

Monday: Closed

Can you set an item aside for me to try on?

We are able to hold items for up to 24 hours. If you would like us to set something aside, please contact us at hello@shopdeardreamer.com

What is your in-store return policy?

For in-store purchases, we accept returns back for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with all original tags attached.

All sale, jewelry, beauty, scents/fragrances, books, hats, candles, eyewear and perishable goods (food) are final sale.

All gift cards are final sale.
Items without original tags are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.

No price adjustments.
