Refund policy
Online Orders:
For online orders, we accept items in new condition with all original tags attached for a full refund. All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order delivery date and mailed within 7 days of the request. To start a return, please email us at hello@shopdeardreamer.com.
Merchandise ELIGIBLE for return or exchange: Items that are unworn/unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Merchandise NOT ELIGIBLE for return or exchange: all sale, jewelry, beauty, scents/fragrances, books, hats, candles, eyewear and perishable goods (food). All gift cards are final sale.
Items without original tags are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.
No price adjustments.
Securely pack & seal merchandise along with your completed return form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and send it via an insured service to the address below:

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The standard return shipping fee ($10) will be deducted from your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate your return/exchange the final authorization of whether it meets our Return Policy will be at dear dreamer’s discretion. All returns and exchanges are subject to review and approval by dear dreamer.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In-Store Purchases:
- Full priced, unworn items purchased may be returned for store credit/exchange within 14 days of purchase.
- all sale, jewelry, beauty, scents/fragrances, books, hats, candles, eyewear and perishable goods (food) are final sale.
- All gift cards are final sale.
- Items without original tags are not eligible for returns and/or refunds.
- No price adjustments.
